Range of possible values for a topic, i.e. level of interest expressed by participants, where 10 is extremely interested to discuss and 1 is not interested at all.
The questionnaire answered by each registrant.

Output to Client’s Organization

Once the results are compiled and matching is done by ASDE, three different lists are available to the client.

1. The “View schedule by participants” list will print one page per participant, includes:

A schedule for each registrant
Who they are meeting
At which time slot
At which workstation, and
What subjects are in common

This needs to be provided to each registrant as well as to the organizers.

2. The “View schedule by time” list will print meetings by time slot, includes:

A schedule for each time slot
Who is participating
At which workstation and
What subjects are in common

This will be provided to the organizers. It could also be posted at the entrance of the meeting room for consultation purposes.

3. The “View schedule by workstation” list will print meetings by workstations, includes:

A schedule of each workstation
Who is participating
At which time slot, and
What subjects are in common

This list will be available to organizers and could be posted at each workstation for consultation.
