EVENT DAY SETUP

What you Need

The meeting room is set up with small round or square tables with two chairs facing each other, labelled with a unique sequential number.
The time slot allocated for each meeting would be 8-9 minutes + 1 minute for changeovers between meeting spaces. For a 10 minutes meeting interval, there would be T time slots available.
A moderator supplied by the client’s organization will time the meetings and move participants around at the exact intervals.
For an example of 100 registrants; there should be 50 tables or 50 meeting spaces to accommodate a pair each.
If we allocate a total length of two hours for that event, there are 12 time slots available.
Therefore each participant meets up to 12 other participants and has the time to discuss the topic of interest that matched them in the first place.
Participants may decide to continue meeting at other times but must commit to not encroach on the time allocation planned for the event.
